About Alexsia

I am currently transitioning from a full-time nanny position, where I began caring for my current family's daughter when she was just 6 months old and have supported her growth ever since. In my role as a nanny, I prioritize age-appropriate developmental milestones, creative and engaging activities, and providing a safe, loving environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively. In addition to my childcare experience, I proudly serve in the Air National Guard as an aircraft mechanic during drill weekends, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, time management, and attention to detail. I am also pursuing a college degree online in Early Childhood Education, as teaching and child development are true passions of mine. I bring patience, structure, creativity, and genuine care into every home I work in. My goal is to support children's growth while being a reliable and positive presence for families.
