About Alex

Hi there! My name is Alex. I grew up in Gardner, KS in a big family with four younger brothers, so being around kids has always been a big part of my life. Over the years I've worked as a YMCA summer camp counselor and as a child care teacher, and I have experience with kids of all ages, including those with disabilities. I'm CPR certified, registered as a childcare provider, and known for being dependable, flexible, and easy to talk to. I love keeping kids engaged with fun activities, while also making sure they feel safe and cared for. I graduated from KU with a biology degree and hope to become a pediatrician in the future. For the past four years I've called Lawrence home, and I'd love the chance to support your family with reliable, caring childcare.
