Alex was first on our list to hire as the nanny for our two girls (ages 8 months and 2.5 years). The only reason we didn't hire her was that a long-time friend became available to live with us and care for our girls. If our friend had no become available, I was going to hire Alex full-time. Alex impressed me with her outstanding communication skills, self-awareness, and love for children. Her reference spoke very highly of her and wished they could work together again. She shared that while other care givers at the day care would find things to complain about, Alex was always positive. I was excited to hire Alex and plan to keep her in mind as our nanny for the future. You are lucky if you get to have Alex in your home!
