I can provide assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), carryover with home exercise programs, recommend adaptive equipment, safe transferring and supervision during ambulation and mobility. I can also provide respite/companion care as well as light meal prep and assist with errands such as grocery shopping etc.
