After having my first son, I was terrified of leaving him in daycare prior to him being able to speak. So I joined Care. com and helped other mommies and daddies who felt the same way! Now, I am returning to Care. com after leaving my position as an IHSS provider to build a school. As a mommy of three (one with superpowers) I can relate to parents that feel reluctant about having to leave their children to return to work or their every day Life/routine. Alexis is a GREAT care provider! She was very communicative about the day to day, helped my son to learn new skills and worked with him on strengthening his existing ones. Alexis kept the kids quite active and I know that they enjoyed their time in her care. She became like a member of our family and we were sad when our lives took us in different directions.
