About Alexis

I am an experienced childcare professional with over six years of working with children in educational, recreational, and home-based settings. From 2019 to 2023, I worked as a Co-Teacher in Greenwich, Connecticut, supporting classroom operations, implementing curriculum, and building strong relationships with children and families. I also served as a High School Coach in Scarsdale, where I organized practices, choreographed routines, and mentored young athletes, strengthening my leadership and ability to create a positive environment. In 2023, I worked at a daycare as both an Assistant and Lead Teacher, managing routines, supporting development, and communicating with families. Additionally, I have been involved in recreational programs and private childcare from 2019 to 2024, gaining hands-on experience adapting to each child's unique needs.
