Hi! I'm Alexis. I have nannied for several (predominately military) families over the years with children ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 13 years. I have experience with multiples, special needs (ASD, OOD, ADHD, etc), and newborns. I have also destination nannied in other states while the parents were away for days at a time. Alexis was the first nanny we had for our kids - she started when my oldest was 18 months and my youngest was 4 months. She always goes the extra mile for the kids, getting to know them, figuring out what they like, and coming up with activities that they'll enjoy (even for the baby!). She even looks around in the area to see if there are places or activities that they might enjoy - library story time, trips to the park, etc. Alexis was the only person other than myself or my husband who I trusted to take the kids places, and she was extremely proactive with communication on where they were going and when they'd be back (I'd also get cute pictures of the kids throughout the day!). Beyond that, she truly respects our boundaries as a family - she never posted on social media about the kids, and always enforced our rules on screen time, nap schedules, and nutrition preferences. I felt like when I left the kids with her, I knew they'd be safe and loved.
