Hi!! I've been in my babysitting era for about 6-7 years now, doing everything from playdates and carpool queen duties to overnight stays. On top of that, I worked at a preschool/daycare for 5 years, so I've seen it all lol, from snack time chaos to full-on toddler dance parties.
