Hi my name is Alexis, I am currently a Home health aide and I do live in assisting. I take care of a 98-year-old dementia patient and a 93-year-old patient as well. I love both of them but the 98-year-old patients daughter is coming back to take care of her so I will lose my main source of income. I stay at her house for about 2-3 days at a time and I help her with showering, taking meds, eating, getting dressed, PT exercises and more! Older people love me because I can sit and listen to their life stories all day, it's so interesting and I love putting smiles on others faces.
