Hi! I'm Alexis, 26 years old, with over 16 years of childcare experience. I started by caring for my younger sister and now help raise my two amazing nephews, ages 4 and 8 months. My passion for kids led me to study Elementary Education and work in five schools across MA and CT, plus as a hybrid teacher during COVID. I also served as the Academic Success Manager at the Boys & Girls Club of Hartford, teaching financial literacy and career readiness, and managing programs for youth ages 6-18. I focus on positive reinforcement, academic support, and creative play. I'm also great with pre-teens, teens, pets, and light housekeeping. My dream is to open my own youth program one day. Until then, I'd love to bring my energy, experience, and care to your family!
