We hired her to care for my grandmother. She was extremely sweet and professional at her interview and training, but when we dropped by to visit my grandmother, she was very rude and unprofessional. She stated many negative things about my grandmother in front of her. We have not had any of these types of comments by her other caretakers. My grandmother is a very sweet kind woman. Alexis had also restrained my grandmother without any consent by us, and told me she had fallen. She never called any of the family members or documented it in our charting system. I then pulled her to the side to please ask her to not make the comments she was making in front of my grandmother, and she proceeded to raise her voice at me and quit. she then texted me a bunch of things that were inappropriate and posted in our charting system inappropriate things as well, to which I did not respond. This was only her second day of working with my grandmother, and I am very thankful we decided to visit her when we did. I would not recommend her to care for anyone without supervision.
