About Alexis

Hello there! My name is Alexis and I am a OSU college graduate (go beavs!) who studied Exercise Science. While at OSU, I volunteered at the community MS clinic, helping guide individuals through stretches and other activities. I also volunteered at the children's clinic at OSU, helping kids with disabilities interact and learn using a play based approach. Then after, I completed my CNA certification course and started working with people who have cognitive disabilities. Throughout the years, I've gained more experience including those with physical disabilities and completely bed bound individuals. I would say my expertise is well rounded and adaptable in any situation. Aside from caregiving, I have a deep passion for traveling (having been to 24 countries so far!), reading fiction books, and watching the latest movies in theaters.
