We used Alexis for a few weekdays when my almost-2-year-old daughter couldn't go to daycare. She was great at communicating about logistics leading up to arriving, and after arrival, she immediately understood the situation and adapted very well to our needs and specifics. She was thoughtful about sending updates and letting us know where she was and what they were doing. We were very comfortable with her, and my daughter warmed to her quickly. When I came home from work, her and my daughter were calmly reading books together on the couch. What a dream. We will definitely hire her again.
