I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) currently working in a rehabilitation setting, with both professional and personal experience supporting individuals with special needs across the lifespan. I've worked with children and adults with autism, behavioral challenges, nonverbal or non-speaking communication styles, AAC use, physical and developmental disabilities, dementia, and chronic conditions. I'm comfortable with mobility support, sensory needs, medication management, ADLs, behavior strategies, and communication support.
