About Alexis

My name is Alexis and I am 21 years old with 3 years of paid experience in childcare services and 6 years of experience total. Taking care of infants, toddlers, and children has always been a passion of mine and something that feels like second nature. In my last position, I was a live-in nanny for a single mother of two. Her daughter, 13, spent most of her time in boarding school so my primary focus was for her infant son. I started when he was 4 months old and worked for her up until 18 months. I'm well-equipped to handle all of the challenges that come with caring for a baby including feedings, diaper changes, nap schedules, interactive play, and helping to achieve developmental milestones. Most importantly, l'm not afraid to be silly when it comes to singing nursery rhymes, reading stories, or making funny faces in order to put a smile on baby's face.
