Hi I'm Lexi! I'm a 19-year-old continuing my education in the early childhood field:) As a caregiver, I strive to create a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents! I believe in open and transparent communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while respecting the parents' guidelines. With my three years of experience, I am confident in caring for your child/children! My education in early child development, coupled with my First Aid and CPR training, as well as my CDA, PARA Certification & Substituting Certification ensures that I am well-equipped to handle any situation. From board games and puzzles to educational games/videos and technology-based apps, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of play activities that foster learning and creativity!
