About Alexis

I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with experience providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes. I assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. I monitor and document vital signs, observe and report changes in condition to the nurse or agency, and follow individualized care plans. I assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety. I also provide companionship, light housekeeping related to patient care, and emotional support to help clients maintain quality of life in their home environment.
