About Alexis

I am a caring and compassionate caregiver with over five years of experience in healthcare. My journey began professional experience working in a nursing home, where I supported residents not only with their daily needs but also by offering companionship. Recently started with helping care for my grandfather, who's bedbound w/ dementia, which taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and creating moments of comfort. I am also a proud new mom to a 10-month-old baby, which has further deepened my nurturing nature and ability to balance care with love and patience. Beyond healthcare, I have always been a caregiver at heart , I spent 13 years raising and caring for our horses, grew up surrounded by dogs, and now have a bulldog named Rocco who is part of the family. These experiences have strengthened my sense of responsibility, routine, and compassion. Currently, I am in nursing school, continuing to grow my skills and knowledge so I can provide the best care possible.
