About Alexis

I am a caring and compassionate caregiver with over five years of experience in healthcare. My journey began with helping care for my grandfather, who has dementia, which taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and creating moments of comfort. I later gained professional experience working in a nursing home, where I supported residents not only with their daily needs but also by offering companionship and a listening ear. I am also a proud new mom to a3-month-old baby, which has further deepened my nurturing nature and ability to balance care with love and patience. Beyond healthcare, I have always been a caregiver at heart -- I spent 13 years raising and caring for horses, grew up surrounded by dogs, and now have a bulldog named Rocco who is part of my family. These experiences have strengthened my sense of responsibility, routine, and compassion. Currently, I am in nursing school, continuing to grow my skills and knowledge so I can provide the best care possible.
