About Alexis

Nurturing is deeply embedded in my nature and I feel blessed with opportunities to nourish the development of children~ I've spent the last 7 years nannying, with an extensive range of experience from newborns to teens. I have two younger siblings that I helped my single mom care for growing up as well as an array of babysitting jobs. I volunteered at the boys and girls club for two years in high school, have tutored children, mentored at many sports/ surf summer camps, I've also volunteered as a driver for safe rides, providing safe rides for kids. I am a UC San Diego graduate with a degree in Psychology that focused on child development. I played soccer there as well. I take a very conscious and empathetic approach to child development. I am a playful, energetic, peaceful, clean, and respectful person.
