About Alexis

Hi! Im Alexis, but I go by Lexi. I'm a dedicated and nurturing caregiver with a lifelong passion for working with children. As the oldest of 12 younger siblings, I've spent most of my life helping care for kids of all ages--from newborns to teens. This hands-on experience has taught me patience, creativity, responsibility, and how to connect with each child as an individual. While I haven't worked with children in a professional setting yet, caring for my own siblings has given me real-world skills in supporting daily routines, helping with homework, keeping kids engaged, and creating a safe, positive environment. I genuinely love helping kids learn, grow, and feel understood. I'm excited to bring my experience, energy, and passion for childcare to a family who values a caregiver that treats their children with the same care and attention I've always given my own siblings.
