I felt Alexis was wonderful with my kids, very kind and gentle. They had fun with her and her daughter and seemed to have a connection after a few weeks of her working for us. She had to cancel once last minute because her daughter was sick which I was very understanding about, a few weeks later she canceled last minute because she said she was feeling unwell and had some medical issues which I again was very understanding about. The very next week she no call, no showed and did not answer my calls or texts which resulted in me scrambling to find a last minute sitter and running late for work. I haven’t heard from her since. I am so disappointed because I thought things were going well and genuinely liked her as did my kids. I’m a bit confused, and left to find a new nanny with no notice and no explanation.
