About Alexis

Hi there, I'm Alexis! I am an experienced care professional and doula in training currently booking part-time, short-term hours. Additional availability/flexibility on case by case basis. I have been babysitting since my teen years, and continued working as a part time nanny and date night babysitter while I got my degree in Child Development. I previously worked a corporate job but have transitioned out of that field to pursue doula training. While completing my training, I am booking primarily for babysitting with flexible hours. I enjoy taking kids on outings (library, park, aquarium, etc) and at home activities within their interests (reading, toys, etc) and as is developmentally appropriate. I like working with kids because I love seeing how they discover and experience their world, and love spending time with my nieces, nephews, and younger cousins who are all ages and stages. I have my own car/reliable transportation, do not smoke, and am CPR certified.
