I believe that building a genuine connection is the foundation of excellent care. I find it deeply fulfilling to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, and with almost 2 years of experience working at an AFH, I provide compassionate, detail-oriented care that honors the unique history and preferences of every person I care for. I've been certified in First Aid and CPR for nearly 5 years, and I have no shortage of knowledge when it comes to caring for seniors. I assist with daily living tasks including bathing/grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and medication management. I am skilled at redirection, de-escalating stressful situations, and maintaining a calm and comfortable environment. Clear communication is a high priority, and I am excellent at providing updates through your preferred method to keep you fully informed.
