Hi, I'm Alexis. I'm a dependable and compassionate caregiver with a strong sense of patience and respect for seniors. Growing up, I participated in mission trips where I supported displaced seniors who were living with physical or cognitive challenges, as well as past trauma. Those experiences shaped how I approach care. I focus on dignity, consistency, and making people feel safe and understood. I'm comfortable helping with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, mobility support, and keeping routines structured. I stay calm in difficult situations and pay close attention to both emotional and physical needs. I'm very organized and tech savvy, which helps with scheduling, updates, and communication with families.
