About Alexis

Hi! I'm Alexis, an experienced childcare provider, former kindergarten teacher, and mom. I'm passionate about helping children feel safe, supported, confident, and excited to learn and explore. I taught kindergarten for three years, worked as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) for two years, worked in a daycare for three years, provided before- and after-school care for a year, and nannied for two summers. I've cared for children of many ages, personalities, backgrounds, and needs, and I strive to provide patient, flexible, and individualized care. I enjoy engaging children through outdoor activities, crafts, imaginative play, learning, and everyday adventures while maintaining a dependable routine.
