About Alexis

I'd describe my personality as personable, outgoing, and passionate. I love working with kids because I connect with their eagerness to move, play, and explore! As a prior taekwondo instructor, and current snowboard instructor, I love encouraging kids of any age to embrace their creative and inquisitive nature. I first started working with kids about six years ago, simply doing short term paid babysitting gigs for family friends. In addition to this, I was an assistant kids taekwondo instructor for years. Currently, I'm a kids snowboard instructor at Winter Park Resort during the winters. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, biking, reading, and making good food. One thing you should know about me is I always prioritize the well-being of the children I'm watching over my own. I'm committed to creating a space where kids can feel safe, heard, and have fun.
