Hi! I'm Alexis. I'm a very patient, dependable, and down-to-earth caregiver who truly enjoys helping people. Taking care of others has always come naturally to me, and I treat every person with the same kindness and respect I would give my own family. I have hands-on experience helping with daily routines like bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals. I'm comfortable giving medications and insulin, using a Hoyer lift, providing catheter care, doing basic wound care, and supporting clients with Alzheimer's and dementia. I stay calm under pressure, pay attention to the little things, and always focus on keeping my clients safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. In the past I have taken care of a paraplegic woman, and currently have been taking care of an 85 yr old Alzheimer's patient for over a year. Seeking something else as she is going into a home.
