About Alexis

First off Alexis is an amazing nanny/babysitter. We hired her when our baby was almost 3 months old and she was with us for about 13 months. Unfortunately she had to move, or she would still be with us. Alexis is the gold standard when it comes to childcare, she easily went above and beyond all the time. She asked tons of questions throughout her time and was receptive to any adjustments or new tasks we wanted for our baby. She always had great ideas for arts and crafts, so we have tons of art from birthdays and holidays. Alexis helped with baby sign language and talking, one day we came home and our baby was saying thank you every time she got something! She was awesome with tummy time and learning to crawl, along with furniture cruising to first steps. She was very consistent at following all feeding and nap schedules and was extremely helpful in the transition to solid foods and helped with meal ideas and food preparation. Luckily for us Alexis was also extremely flexible and understanding. She was almost always able to help us out when our work schedules had last minutes adjustments or we needed to go to appointments. Alexis also helped train and evaluate her replacement to make sure the transition would go smoothly. Overall, Alexis was extremely caring and dedicated to the wellbeing of our child, as much as we do. You can tell Alexis genuinely loves children and guiding them to learn and experience new things. Don’t think twice about hiring Alexis, she will care for your child as if they were her own.
