About Alexis

Hi, I'm Alexis! I'm a CNA with 5 years of experience caring for and supporting older adults in senior living communities and private home-care settings. I also have experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's and memory-related needs. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals with a variety of personalities, abilities, routines, and levels of care. I truly enjoy working with older adults and believe that great care goes beyond helping someone with their daily routine. My experience includes assisting with activities of daily living, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, personal care, and maintaining established routines. When working with individuals with Alzheimer's or memory loss, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, reassurance, safety, and approaching each person with kindness and respect.
