My name is Alexis, and I've been passionate about childcare for as long as I can remember. With over 7 years of paid experience - and a lifetime of helping raise my younger siblings - I've developed a deep understanding of patience, empathy, and creating a safe, loving environment for children to grow in. I became American Red Cross certified at just 14 years old, and I currently coach young children's gymnastics on Wednesday and Thursday nights at Foundation for Youth. I also have experience volunteering at my local church, where I led Bible study with kids every Sunday.
