Hi! My name is Lexie, and I'm a caring, patient, & dependable childcare provider who genuinely loves working with children. I have several years of experience, including nannying for 2 boys, recurring babysitting for a little boy from 18 months until almost 3, & caring for a family of 4 since their oldest was 4-5. He is now 9! I love building lasting relationships with families & watching children grow. I have experience teaching toddlers, high school students, & middle schoolers through my church, & I currently serve as my church's VBS leader. I enjoy reading, arts & crafts, playing outside, games, & creating fun learning opportunities. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, encouraged, & supported. I strive to provide patient, attentive care while helping children build confidence, independence, & curiosity. I value communication, reliability, & respecting each family's routines & expectations.
