About Alexis

Hello! I'm looking to nanny/babysit/adult-care this summer part-time (or full-time starting 6/27). I'm 26 and a college student at BenU. I am CPR/First Aid Certified, received my ECE credentials from the State of Illinois, trained in SIDS and Trauma Informed Care, and am currently enrolled in CNA courses and will have the certification in late June. I have private nanny experience. I have worked infant, toddler, and preschool ages in a daycare center. I've worked as a lead teacher in a kindergarten program. My childcare style is constant active play and positive reinforcement. I am comfortable coordinating trips to parks, zoos, museums, and etc, and have experience doing such. I do weekly themes (like Oceans, Wacky Weather, Space) and can flex activities to match children of different developmental stages and capabilities.
