About Alexis

I like working with kids because they give me a sense of purpose with their love and attention that heals my inner child. Seeing their growth not only physically but their development in communication and seeing their confidence grow as the months pass by warms my heart. I'm looking for a job that can expand my skills that are essential in early childhood development. I grew up surrounded by maternal figures that needed assistance with children as young as 8 months old. Combining my childhood experience with the current job I have now as a daycare teacher, I'd say I have 3 years of experience with children In my spare time, I like to go thrift shopping, going to local coffee shops, and cuddling with my cats. I'm from Woodbridge and recently moved to Fredericksburg and loving it here! I would say empathy, potty training and patience.
