Hi, I'm Alexis! I'm a self-employed personal cook with experience preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals for seniors. I had the privilege of cooking for a wonderful man who recently turned 90, and I had the joy of cooking for him for several years before he moved away. I prepared dinner for him four days a week, handling everything from meal planning and grocery shopping to cooking and running small errands. He had a few favorite meals that I always made sure to include, but for the most part, he trusted me to plan his menu and keep things balanced, comforting, and nourishing. I focus on meals that not only taste great but also meet the nutritional needs of seniors who may require a little extra care and attention. My schedule is flexible, and I'm happy to work out whichever days fit your loved one's needs best.
