Hello! My name is Alexis. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering. I worked in industry for a little less than two years and am looking to make a career change. I have a lot of experience working with children. My mother was a preschool teacher and so I grew up helping her at the preschool every summer since I left it myself at age six. I have been babysitting and doing mother's helper since I was 10 years old. I have cared for children of all ages, but I am especially experienced with the littles (0-2 years). I also have worked at an art summer camp as well as was a preschool teacher myself for a few months! I have a reliable mode of transportation and recently renewed my certification for CPR and First Aid. I am looking to work between 20 and 30 hours a week. I am hoping to find a family or two that I can support !

Lexi was incredible with our infant. She was extremely punctual, dependable, trustworthy and caring. Our son loved her! She was super engaging with him. We had a very set nap schedule that she easily worked with. On downtime, she would tidy up the house for us. She also would take our son on walks & would make sure he spent some time outside. We were sad she moved up north but are so grateful we found her when we did. She even covered date nights and overnights. Definitely highly recommend hiring her!
