About Alexis

Hi! My name is Alexis. I'm a nursing student with 5 years of experience working as a CNA (3 years in a hospital and 2 years in long-term care.) I'm currently a 3rd semester nursing student, so I'm looking to spend my extra time helping seniors who could use extra support and companionship. I have experience assisting with daily routines like mobility, personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Just as important to me is making sure someone feels comfortable and not alone, whether that means chatting, watching a show together, going for a short walk, or simply keeping them company. My goal is always to help clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their own home. Families describe me as patient, attentive, and dependable. With my healthcare training, I'm also confident recognizing changes in condition and prioritizing safety. I'd love the opportunity to help make someone's day a little easier and brighter.
