About Alexina

I'd describe my personality as patient, confident and calm. I love working with kids because nothing is more fulfilling than helping a young mind grow strong and confident. I'm looking for a job in which I can provide the full care needed and that works with my college schedule. I don't want one to take away from the other and need a balance where I can give my all to the kids and to my schooling. I started working with kids since... sort of forever. I come from a large, very close knit family. There was always a hug to give, homework to help with or a diaper to change. Professionally, I have been working with kids for 5 years. In my spare time, I like to read, paint and spend quality time with my husband and our family. I believe it is our responsibility as adults to create an environment that protects children's ability to thrive both cognitively, socially/emotionally and physically. We must give children the opportunity to grow into confident adults.
