About Alexia

I am a caring and responsible childcare provider with hands-on experience working with children ages 4-12 as a youth wrestling coach. I have led groups of up to 20 children, creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where every child feels valued. My coaching experience has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to adapt to each child's personality, learning style, and needs. I have worked with children of different abilities, including many with special needs, and understand the importance of providing extra support and encouragement. I enjoy helping children build confidence, learn new skills, stay active, and have fun while maintaining structure and safety. I am comfortable organizing activities, supporting routines, and creating positive experiences for children of all ages. I take pride in being someone families can trust and aim to provide reliable, caring support where every child feels safe, respected, and cared for.
