Hi parents! My name is Lexi and I am 20 years old. I have 8 years of experience caring for children of all ages - from newborns to school-aged. I genuinely enjoy supporting families and creating safe, engaging, and loving environments for children to grow and thrive. Over the last several years, I have worked with both full-time and part-time families, as well as provided occasional babysitting and after-school care. I am skilled in everything from bottle feeding and diaper changing to homework help, puzzles & painting, and bedtime routines. I love incorporating educational activities, playing with arts and crafts, exploring the outdoors, and much more. I am also CPR certified. Communication, trust, and consistency are some of the most important factors to me as I strive to form a strong and respectful relationship with both children and parents. I am currently searching for a position that is full-time (35-40+ hours/ week), Monday - Friday, and in the Midlothian area.
