About Alex

I hired Alex for deep cleaning. She did not deep clean. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed the stove was not fully cleaned because she used all natural products and maybe they weren’t strong enough. But one of the bathrooms was never cleaned at all. She left the shelves dusty. The shower had a dead bug in it. I had guests staying there and they had to clean the shower. The floors were filthy and she only used a swiffer. The grout in front of the doors was filled with dirt. Some things got cleaned but most others did not. My husband had to mop the floors properly. Her cleaning might be okay for standard cleaning but definitely not deep cleaning. After she left a whole bathroom uncleaned I honestly wouldn’t trust her to do a standard cleaning either. I paid her for 7 hours of work for her to only get the job half done. It was a waste of money and I wish I could get my money back.
