About Alex

Hi! My name is Alexanndra, and I'm a New York State-certified teacher for grades 1-6 with over 10 years of nannying and babysitting experience. I've worked with kids of all ages-from newborns to teenagers-and growing up with three younger siblings and lots of younger cousins made being around children feel very natural to me. I have a background in childhood education and am happy to help with homework, provide academic support, or simply motivate kids to get their work done in a positive, stress-free way. I'm also a big animal lover! I've grown up around all kinds of pets, especially dogs, so I'm very comfortable in homes with animals. In my free time, I love baking, reading, and taking my dog on walks. I'm available for early mornings, after-school and evening hours, as well as late evenings and overnights.
