Making a difference in the lives of my patients is the foundation of my practice and what I strive to achieve. I am a Registered Nurse with experience spanning diverse specialties. My education and personal experiences equipped me with the skills to support families and offer dependable care. I strive to understand each care recipient's preferences and personal history. As a calm, patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional, I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with dignity for both the patient and family. I utilize the nursing process to incorporate assessments, nursing diagnoses, planning, interventions, and reassessments to guide my practice--promoting optimal patient outcomes. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and their preferred method. I am also CPR, NIHSS stroke scale, and First Aid certified.
