About Alexa

Empowering students to think critically and solve problems independently is the heart of my teaching approach. With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students in English, I focus on breaking complex concepts into manageable steps to build lasting confidence. I believe that clear, consistent communication between students, parents, and myself creates the ideal environment for growth. I adapt my methods by listening to your needs and utilizing regular feedback to ensure our sessions remain effective. By connecting lessons to your personal interests and celebrating every "aha!" moment, I keep the learning process engaging and productive. Whether we meet online, at your home, or at a local library, I am dedicated to your academic success. I hold a college degree and am comfortable working around pets. I truly look forward to helping you reach your goals and discover your full potential.
