About Alexa

I'd describe my personality as energetic, charismatic, and understanding. I like caring for seniors because I feel like it is a way for me to give back as well as gain knowledge from those older than me. I'm looking for a job that allows me time better my own skills and make connections with my elders. I started caring for seniors when my dad got a job in a nursing home doing room repairs. I was able to become more hands on in my senior year of high school when I got my CNA certification. In my spare time, I like to travel, eat at new spots around the city, read and shop. One thing you should know about me is I really like to create connection with my elder to help both of us feel more at ease. My skills include assisting with daily activities of life like bathing and oral care, active listening, and CPR.
