About Alexa

I have been caring for child for many years now and all ages. I'm not only excellent with children, I know how to remain calm in a crisis situation. I work at a hospital as a Tech and EMT so I'm highly certified in first aid and CPR, which is something to put parents minds at ease while being away. I'm devoted to not only having a great time baking, playing outside, and watching movies on a rainy day, but also with helping children think creatively, solve problems independently, and respect themselves and others. I have a very outgoing and loving personality, but also provide positive reinforcement methods, understand developmental disorders, very active listener, skilled in working with special needs children, reliable and punctual, cheerful and energetic, approachable with loving and open arms, and have behavior management techniques.
