Hi! I go by Alex. I have been working with kids since I was about 15 years old. I started babysitting and have babysat since I was 15. I have babysat ages 1-12. Last summer I worked as a camp counselor for a summer camp in Oakland County where I was in charge of coming up with crafts and activities to help groups of kids stay active. I was also in charge of making sure they were safe. I have worked with kids on the spectrum. I did a program called "links" in my high school where I got to work with a child on the spectrum for an hour a day. I have been a full time nanny over the summer for 3 younger kids. I love working with kids because it makes me feel like a kid again. Kids are so innocent and make me laugh very easy and don't see the bad in anything which makes me more positive!
