My nannying approach involves actively engaging with your children in parks, playing board games, coloring, working on homework if necessary, going on adventures, swimming at the river, museums, berry picking, foliage for mushrooms, and going on hikes. Alexandria, or Ali as we lovingly call her, is by far the best childcare provider we’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. When I was searching for someone to care for my three young boys, I felt nervous and uncertain—until Ali came into our lives. From the very beginning, she was a breath of fresh air. Her calm confidence, professionalism, and natural connection with the kids immediately put me at ease. Ali is incredibly capable, intuitive, and attentive. She effortlessly managed the daily challenges that come with three energetic children, always with kindness, patience, and a sense of fun. She engaged each of my boys on a personal level, incorporating learning and development into everyday activities in a way that felt seamless and enjoyable. I truly believe that my now 7-year-old is smarter because of the time he spent with Ali—she taught him so much, and did it with genuine care and enthusiasm. Ali’s presence in our home was a gift. All three of my boys absolutely adore her, and she quickly became a beloved part of our family. We would still be lucky enough to have her as our nanny if we hadn’t moved away. Any family would be fortunate to have her caring for their children.
