About Alexandrea

Hi there! I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider/mom w/ a passion for supporting families with a large range of needs. My calm and friendly demeanor puts children at ease, and my 10 years of experience working a management role in a childcare facility has equipped me with the skills to handle any situation. I have a special passion working with children with special needs, as well as at risk youth, but I'm dedicated to fostering a safe and enriching environment for all children in my care. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules & schedules, and communicating with parents about their child's day or any concerns that arise. My background includes a Bachelors in Criminology w/ a special interest in Juvenile Justice. I'm available and can assist with cooking, meal prep, appointments & sport/team commitments, as well as light housekeeping. I do have a 6-month-old little boy that would need to tag along with me, and I'm not available weekends currently as I work those days.
