Hi! I have over 15 years working with children in several different care-giver positions. A few of these positions include: camp counselor, part-time babysitter and nanny. I have several families that I have worked with regularly over the year and can provide references. I have had many years of experience with babies and younger children. Allie is wonderful with our son. She is happy to go outside and play catch with him, or stay inside and play games with him. Our son makes up his own games with his own rules, and Allie always makes him feel like it is the most exciting and fun game she has ever played! Allie is easygoing and patient with him, and that isn't always easy to do. He gets very excited when he finds out Allie is coming over. When we come home, she always makes sure everything has been cleaned up and put away. As an exhausted parent, I can't express how helpful that is to me! We also have 2 dogs, and she is more than happy to help with their care also. Allie is our #1 go to anytime we have to be somewhere our son can't come along.
